The service department staff at Princeton Land Rover are the best. Very accommodating. You can always get a loaner, and there are the extras that make the owner/dealer relationship better than elsewhere. the best. Very accommodating. We bought two tires and then, a couple weeks later, we bought two more. The service department gave me the promotion value, although I did not buy all four at the same time. We have owned other cars similar in price to the LR and I know that dealer would not have given me the fourth tire for free. This is an example of why the PLR service department is the best. More

We have been looking for a luxury medium sized SUV for my wife for about a month and have therefore been to a number of the local luxury car dealers (Lexus, Acura etc). All of the SUVs we looked at were rea wife for about a month and have therefore been to a number of the local luxury car dealers (Lexus, Acura etc). All of the SUVs we looked at were really nice and there was not a lot between them in terms of quality, price etc - basically you could flip a coin and know you were getting something you were going to enjoy having in your driveway. The reason we bought at Princeton Land Rover was therefore based on the quality of the customer service as much as the quality of the product - no pressure, no hard sell, just a very pleasant, easy experience from start to finish that was head and shoulders above the other car dealerships we went to test drive cars. At one place (no brand name mentioned) the salesman asked my wife what she currently drove and when she told him a BMW he spent the next 20 minutes basically describing how awful BMW's were compared to an Acura (whoops!) - nothing quite like telling a potential buyer that she has poor judgement to kill a sale! My advice is that if you are in the market for a luxury vehicle that you go talk to Pat at Princeton Land Rover. He is a nice guy with a lot of years and experience under his belt who you just know up front is going to tell you the truth and not pressure you or try to rip you off. For the record, we ended up buying a 6 month old 2010 LR2 with a luxury package that had been used as a loaner and had about 6k miles on the odometer - still basically brand new (still has the new car smell!)without the brand new price. My wife is very happy and one thing I have learned is that happy wife means happy life! More
