Tom Kelly's Customer Service should be a "5" & the hours of private back office discussions merit a "1". Some of the black-shirted office-dwellers acted as if I was brainless. (Yesterday I was told the dealership lost $29 dollars on my deal. I can divide 28 by 7 & get 13 but that doesn't make it true.) My first experience with Lester Glenn Hyundai in 2008 was outstanding: fair price on the vehicle & realistic value on the trade-in. It seems the corporate approach has changed or the Mazda store black shirts never got the Hyundai store memo on customer treatment. I would still recommend Lester Glenn with caveats: bring your next meal, stay focused & keep your cool. More
