- Tim was very understanding and courteous when we were having trouble deciding on which car to buy. He had no problem trying to hunt down a specific package when it wasn't on the lot, and wasn't pushy on having trouble deciding on which car to buy. We probably took up much more of his time than normal, but never felt rushed or like he was trying to hurry onto the next sale. - Dave was very easy to work with in financing, and could easily explain the pile of paperwork that needed signing. Even with our special circumstances where all the questions couldn't be answered up front, I'm confident Dave will take care of things and get everything squared away. - When the car came back from detailing before we took the keys, some glue from the wrapping was still on the side. Worked primarily with Tim Scott. Tim was polite, knowledgeable, and confident. He knew a great deal about his product as well as the competition when he asked about what else we were considering. He was not detered when we said we were favoring another Brand. He came up with an alternative option when we were about to leave and convinced us to take another test drive. This was the right move, because based on that test drive we bought the car in spite of the fact we were not buying today. Dan D. reinforced the value of that car, and Dave the finance guy sold us on the extra warranty. So in a little more than 2 hours, we bought a car on a day we said we weren't buying, and a Brand (MAZDA) we weren't really considering. And an enjoyable experience! Bernie and Karen Czech More

I went to Lester Glenn Mazda to test drive the CX-9 as I was looking for more room than what I had with a 4 door sedan. Met with Tim and he showed me around and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very upfront and easy to deal with and I felt no pressure at all. I ended up test driving it with Tim, and than I test drove the car again on my own and had as much time as I needed. Needless To say, I ended up buying a CX-9 and my experience was very pleasant. The paperwork and all that fun stuff went smooth as well, so I would recommend. More

The whole sales process was very good. Nick was a great sales associate because he truly listened to what I wanted in a car. He did not try and sell me something he thought I would like but he sold me some sales associate because he truly listened to what I wanted in a car. I came in with my sister about a month ago after my VERY old Pontiac (225,000 miles+) gave out and I needed a new car. It was my first day looking at cars (ever), and this was the second dealership we visi old Pontiac (225,000 miles+) gave out and I needed a new car. It was my first day looking at cars (ever), and this was the second dealership we visited. I very recently moved from a city - I haven't needed a car for the last 10 years - so the Pontiac (which was my "high school car") was a good backup, but now that I drive to/from work every day, I needed something a little more reliable. The Mazda3 hatchback I drove home with that night was definitely the right move. I went in with low expectations - the manager at the first dealership we visited (Nissan in Toms River) came off as a sleazy "fast-talking" car salesman. When we asked about two different cars (what the payments would be), he only gave us half the facts about one car to make it sound better, and my sister very nicely but firmly put him in his place. This is exactly why I was so happy with my experience at Lester Glenn Mazda: we (or rather, my sister b/c I have no car buying experience) asked a MILLION questions (by the end I even though 'enough already!'), and they were so helpful and honest in answering all of them, no tricks. I went in that day just to look, but b/c of Tim and Dan, I walked out (or rather, drove out) that night with a car that I am SO happy with. I don't make rash decisions - so this was a BIG deal for me. I was really nervous about making a decision, as this is my first "grown up" car. Both guys were fun and informative throughout the process, and didn't pressure me. I didn't realize getting a car can take hours at the dealership (from test driving, deciding, paperwork, running credit, securing insurance, etc.) - I think we were there for a total of 4 hours. We actually were there after the place had closed down - and no one even acted like they minded staying an hour or two late on a Saturday night. And because I took one of the cars on the lot, it came upgraded (free!) with a sunroof and a Bose sound system. This is HUGE for me b/c I work at Audible.com (go audiobooks!) so I need to listen to books on the way to/from work. The sound quality is great. I should also mention that Dan was really fantastic to work with too on the financial/paperwork side. He walked me very clearly through everything and all my options, and when something needed another signature, FedEx-ed me the paperwork to my office right away and confirmed via text (very helpful as my days are filled with meetings). This place is top notch, and after driving the car for the last month, I'm happy to say the car is too. More
