i came in to test drive a Mazda cx-5 i did not know much about the car besides the fact that they are new. Tim the salesman was very knowledgeable and was very easy to get along with. I had a tremendous experience at Lester Glenn especially with salesman Nick Ondeyka and manager Dan Deuber. To be honest I don’t enjoy going into car dealerships because they are always pushy and have that with salesman Nick Ondeyka and manager Dan Deuber. However, not with these guys and definitely not with Lester Glen in general. They didn’t push me to buy that day and gave me time to think it over. They didn’t bombard me with phone calls or emails. They truly understand customer service and do a excellent job of informing and treating the customer with respect…especially when someone like me hates dealing with nagging dealers. They were able to get me into a car that was not only affordable, but also more convenient for my family. I would highly recommend this dealership along with Nick as a salesman. I will be going back to Lester Glen for all future purchases. More

Anthony greeted me and was able to help me as soon as I walked in the door. He was very professional and explained every step he doing, gave me 100% of his attention and listened very well. I explained to him that I saw the vehicle I was interested in online and knew exactly which one I was referencing. A few minutes later, we were taking a test drive. He exceeded my expectations with how fast he was able to process everything. Lee was very courteous as well and offered refreshments several times. Dave was very quick with his part also, I only had to wait less than 5 minutes for him to call me in to his office to fill out the paperwork. My total time at the dealership was approximately an hour and half to less than 2 hours. I was very impressed with how quickly the whole process took. I will definately return to Lester Glenn in the future. More

I originally walked into Lester Glenn Mazda to test drive a Mazda3 after having been to a handful of other dealers on four other test drives. The one noticable difference upon walking into this dealer apart a Mazda3 after having been to a handful of other dealers on four other test drives. The one noticable difference upon walking into this dealer apart from the others was the relative feeling of not being rushed into a purchasing decision. I sat down with Anthony and after explaining my reason for the visit, we went ahead with my test drive. Even on the test drive, I felt absolutely no pressure and after a few questions and lots of testing of the automobile on my part, I was extremely satisfied with the experience thus far and we returned to the dealership. After explaining my situation to Anthony when we got back to the dealer, we got to chatting a little more about the possibility of purchasing and what I would be comfortable with in terms of walking out of Lester Glenn Mazda with a new automobile. A few moments later, he returned with a better proposal than I had imagined from our discussion and shortly thereafter, I became the proud owner of a wonderful new Mazda3. As far as the financing was concerned, I could only say that dealing with Lee, Dan and Ryan made the experience a very enjoyable and comfortable one. Ryan especially made sure to take the time out to properly explain and help me understand every part of the documents I was signing which was very much appreciated. Even though I live more than 60 miles away from this dealerhsip, I would most definitely recommend anyone looking for a Mazda to visit this dealership.
