This was by far the best car buying experience i have ever had. I drove 110 miles to this dealership from long island to get a 2011 wrx STI in Dark Gray. He treated me the way every sales person should treat a customer: with respect, understanding, patience and fairness. Keep up the great work Bill. My only complaint: the buffet breakfast; however, i did not go there for the food. I went there for a car i very much wanted and in 2.5 hours i walked out the door with the car i went to buy, and for less than i had anticipated to spend.
