Very disappointing The night I bought my car I was told I could get my oil changes in Manahawkin. In 3 years they gave me such a hard time and I only hadit done there 2x The night I bought my car I was told I could get my oil changes in Manahawkin. In 3 years they gave me such a hard time and I only hadit done there 2x. I thought they were going to use syntheic oil but it was several oil changes before I found out it's maybe a blend. The service people are all very nice. The waiting area leaves a lot to be desired. They donuts are disgusting and it does not appearvery clean. Not at all like the Honda dealer in Marlton I went with my daughter their's was outstanding comfortable lots of snacks very clean. I will check out the service area at the next dealer I buy from and talk to the people waiting there. The cost of the parts at Lester Glenn are more then 2x as much as online. Unreal what they want for filters! Lester Glenn is very annoying with phone calls and emails I had to block them it was so annoying. More

Great people, great experience!! I was involved in an accident that totaled my CX5 on September 1st and contacted Lester Glenn Mazda about a week after to look at new models. From the very beginning, the team at LG was concerned about my welfare and health first and did everything they could to make my buying experience easy and efficient. I dealt mostly with Sales Manager, Pat Sweeney and he was more professional and courteous than any other SM that I have ever worked with - Tim Smith reviewed the car with me at the dealership and set up everything for me within 10 minutes and last but not least, Nick had ALL of the paperwork ready for me to sign and I had it signed/completed in 10 minutes as well.....what a great experience from beginning to end! I highly recommend Lester Glenn - they are the best! More
