Definitely better than most other dealers I have bought cars from different dealers and have visited many dealers (without purchasing). For the most part, buying a car is not an enjoyable pr I have bought cars from different dealers and have visited many dealers (without purchasing). For the most part, buying a car is not an enjoyable process as most dealers are deceptive and try to squeeze the most from the buyer. Not at Lester Glenn. I already knew what the price of the specific vehicle that I wanted was. The price was very fair (although I did go through the Costco auto program which provides a competitive price). In any case, I dealt with Mike Leone who was very pleasant and not a pushy salesperson. They provided me with an actual quote for a lease (without running my credit). Another dealer gave me a ballpark figure that was more of a huge range. I then asked Mike to provide a quote with my actual credit. In any case, this process was smooth and less stressful. I like that Lester Glenn provides 2 year free oil changes and loaner cars. Also, the plates were available in less than a week. More

And we were, also, helped by Adonis Guava on the finance situation who was equally kind and helpful. I am thrilled with the car and the deal I received was a very fair one especially considering the limited availability of the version of the Miata I wanted (Club). More

This was after an extensive review by Larry of all the features in the car. Anthony Giordano also was a very nice person to deal with. After Anthony quoted me an interest rate and I signed all the papers he further investigated and was able to lower the rate and I was pleasantly surprised when we came to pick up the car. That is how you make a customer happy.. I love my Mazda and love this dealership. I would not have any anxiety about buying another car from them in the future. More
