Yesterday it was time to return a lease we had. My husband told me that now I needed a car, so we started to drive and saw a Lexus branch, and he told me "Let's go in there." I just couldn't believe i husband told me that now I needed a car, so we started to drive and saw a Lexus branch, and he told me "Let's go in there." I just couldn't believe it. We met Cecilia, immediately she listened to us. She got us the best deal ever (by the way she tried speaking Spanish -she did a great job!) We left we the car of my dream. The finance guy was also welcoming and explained each one of the papers I was signing. I've never had a worse experience purchasing a vehicle. I was convinced to trade in my lease to a car that had some body work needing to be done. My salesman didn't return my calls after advising me to come was convinced to trade in my lease to a car that had some body work needing to be done. My salesman didn't return my calls after advising me to come back to get these items fixed; including a bumper that sticks out and rust. Come to find out he left and I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get anyone to take me seriously. They finally took my car to get it fixed and it was returned not only smelling of cigarettes, but the work was done horribly and looks worse than what it did originally. Malik advised me to get a quote from a place of my choosing to see what they say. After finding out from the body shop I trust that the work was done shotty and as cheaply as possible, they gave me a quote to get it done correctly and Malik told me he wasn't prepared to spend the money to fix it and now won't return my calls or texts nor will Jackson another manager. I now had to reach out to the Lexus brand and filed another complaint with BBB. I feel they discriminate against women and I most certainly have been feeling it. I would NEVER go to this dealership again, nor recommend it to anyone. More
