I live in Washington, DC, and found my pre-owned vehicle at Napleton Lexus of Milwaukee on Cars.com. Napleton Lexus of Milwaukee’s response to my inquiry was very prompt and professional. Shy was my first at Napleton Lexus of Milwaukee on Cars.com. Napleton Lexus of Milwaukee’s response to my inquiry was very prompt and professional. Shy was my first point of contact, and she quickly scheduled a virtual appointment. Napleton Lexus of Milwaukee added a very nice touch by creating and sending a personalized video about the dealership and my vehicle of interest prior to the virtual appointment. Mike S. was a pleasure to work with. He is very personable, professional, responds in a timely manner, and his service does not end once the sale has been made. His virtual tour of the vehicle was thorough and he answered all of my questions. Upon delivery of my vehicle, Mike followed up to make sure I had everything I needed to get on the road. He also followed up to make sure his service and the vehicle met my expectations. They did. My one comment is that I feel the Out-of-State transaction/paperwork could have been done more efficiently and seamlessly. However, my overall experience with Napleton Lexus of Milwaukee was very positive. More

Cecelia took great care of me. I called a few days ahead of time and she prepared everything over the phone. The day I went to pick up my car i was in and out in 45 minutes with zero issues.
