Rosie is fantastic! She was very patient & listened to all my concerns. She answered all my questions & knew all the ins & outs of the Lexus models I was interested in ( She was very patient & listened to all my concerns. I would have purchased a new 2024 RX but circumstances in my life changed and made that impossible. But when the opportunity arises again I will purchase my next vehicle with Rosie at Lexus. More
