Ben and the whole team were great! We purchased the car from out of state and Ben did a virtual walk around the car using FaceTime. We flew in from Denver to pick up the car. Ben was extremely accommodating. We had a car pick us up at the airport and was immediately greeted by Ben when we arrived at the dealership.
