Lynn Gray was the first and only Service Consultant that I have dealt with in the three years of owning my vehicle. This was the first time that I meet and worked with Sean Hornaday. This was in regards to a gift certificate that I received and did not cover the 20,000 service maintenance, to which I did not understand completely. Then the person had to find who had taken my call and made an appointment with. I depend upon the quality of work that will be done or taken care and I have had no problem. The service that i have had, is the regular maintenance that is required maintenance to keep the vehicle in good running condition. Th battery was replaced. I was very thankful and appreciative for a new battery. My husband and I just drove over 3500 miles with no problems and got good gas mileage. I like my car and enjoy driving it. More
