When it came time to buy out my lease last month, Lexus of Tucson, and Joli Gaskell in particular, made the process so smooth. I leased the car in CA, bought out the lease in Tucson and was having it shipped to my new home in Washington D.C., so that came with LOADS of extra legwork/paperwork...but Joli tackled all of it happily and professionally.
