On our first visit to LIA Nissan, we met Noah Brody. Went for a test drive, and decided that we a really liked a Rogue SL. Noah was polite and knowledgeable. On our second visit to LIA, we worked with another sales person, Corey Brennan. He answered about a million questions, and helped us pick out a new car. Both Corey and the the manager that helped with all the paperwork, were great to work with. When we picked up our new car, Corey went over all the controls and features. He helped us connect our phones to the car, and set up the MyNISSAN app. All in all, great experience at LIA, and would shop for our next car there. Thanks Corey and Grant. More

Car interior was dirty, even though the Carfax report said it was white glove detailed! They would not negotiate on the price. Corey was very helpful. I have never been so satisfied with a car purchase as was with this one. I’m m a 70 year old car shopping in the middle of a pandemic.I spoke to Manchester city Nissan Middletown Nissan,and two others then with this one. I’m m a 70 year old car shopping in the middle of a pandemic.I spoke to Manchester city Nissan Middletown Nissan,and two others then I made the call too Lia Nissan I was dealing with a true gentlemanSam who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in as we spoke I explained that I had not been in any building since last March and wanted to do all the transaction outside he was very understanding and helpful and if we’re being honest I’m not the easiest person to sell but Sam never put the hard seel on me or pushed me even when I changed my mind to what truck I wanted he was patient and did all the paperwork outside in the cold with me never complained. The dealership had the truck completely sanitized and helped me feel safe. Thanks to the staff and Sam for making it a painless experience Totally recommend this dealership Thanks Ray More
I called ahead to see if a used car was available as we were a hr. away. This was a 1st car for my daughter. We were told it was. We arrived and waited over a hr to see the car . We were told only then the car was being used by staff and had to be cleaned because they had a dog. May have been nice to be told that on the phone, after a hour drive. Had a great salesperson, but once I asked to see a sales mgr to save the back and forth, all went WAY downhill. The general sales mgr came over-Chris B. He was pleasant for about 2 min. Once he heard that my daughter was not financing thru them, he was extremely rude and obnoxious to both of us. He outright told her she would pay more for the car ( hundreds of dollars) because she had other financing because he needed to make $, he was very inpatient with her questions and his tone and body language displayed this also. I would have walked out asap but this was not my purchase. I have been buying cars for 30 years and have never been spoken to like that. It was a awful experience for a first time buyer to see. I kept telling her it came down to CLASS and he had none. It was as if he was to show us who was boss. Pathetic. This happened Mon. Labor Day weekend 2019. I prob. should have written this then, but it comes back to me now as I am taking another out to purchase a 2021 Rogue, obviously elsewhere. In closing, the salesperson was great, though I do not recall his name. More
