New XT5 Purchase I had stopped by several different Cadillac dealerships looking for a XT5 crossover. Each time I stopped at Lindsay, Micky Pickeral took the time to I had stopped by several different Cadillac dealerships looking for a XT5 crossover. Each time I stopped at Lindsay, Micky Pickeral took the time to discuss the types of features that I was looking for in an XT5 and walked with me around the lot looking at them. Two of my visits there occurred during rain events but that didn't hinder Micky from showing them to me. Micky was straight forward and very honest. My third trip to Lindsay was the winner. I found the model with the options that I was looking for and I am extremely satisfied with my XT5 and the professionalism that Lindsay and Micky provided me with my search. A class A experience. My 2018 XT5 I recently called Lindsey Cadillac to inquire about a used Cadillac SRX and was put in contact with Micky Pickeral. Micky walked me through the benef I recently called Lindsey Cadillac to inquire about a used Cadillac SRX and was put in contact with Micky Pickeral. Micky walked me through the benefits and incentives available for the purchase of a new vehicle rather than a used vehicle. What he described seemed almost too good to be true. Micky convinced me to come into the dealership and he was extremely thoughtful and honest. Micky and Leigh Voglezen worked with me and I got a great deal on a fully loaded 2018 XT5. My only concern was that finance department did not convey to me that my credit would be pulled multiple times over the course of a week. Nevertheless, I am very happy with the vehicle and would work with Micky Pickeral, Leigh Voglezon and Lindsey Cadillac again. More
My Awesome XT4 My 2019 XT4 is my 4th Cadillac and my 3rd vehicle from Lindsay Cadillac. Will Lang was fantastic to work with and he searched multiple dealerships to My 2019 XT4 is my 4th Cadillac and my 3rd vehicle from Lindsay Cadillac. Will Lang was fantastic to work with and he searched multiple dealerships to find the XT4 with the features and interior/exterior color I wanted. My overall experience with Will was great. The only thing that would have made my experience at Lindsay better is if all the management and finance teams had been provided with more written information on the "points" program since Cadillac is no longer offering the 4 yr 50K mile free maintenance on the 2019 vehichles. I asked several questions and got the info I needed regarding the points program as well as the maintenance plan that can be purchased, but by not having brochures or other written documentation to provide the customer on this, it is a disservice. I view this as an isolated incident because I've always been and will likely continue to be pleased with my experiences at Lindsay. They are still 5 stars in my book!!! More

We purchased the vehicle that evening and he made sure everything was right before we left the lot. Jay knows the cars backwards and forwards - seek him out if you are in the market for a vehicle. Also, his customer service didn’t end when we left the dealership. We left some things in our trade in that he FedEx’d to us the next day. More
Worst Used Car Buying Experience We were initially told by Scott Hamlin that he would hold the car keys until we were able to come back and test drive the vehicle because it was so la We were initially told by Scott Hamlin that he would hold the car keys until we were able to come back and test drive the vehicle because it was so late when we arrived. We had a scheduled appointment and when we arrived we were told another buyer came in 15 minutes before us to purchase the vehicle. They kept flipping back and forth telling us the car was sold then not sold then sold and finally not sold. The three employees who we worked with gave us three different reasons for why the deal with the other customer didn't go through. Once we were able to do a comprehensive review of the vehicle, we determined that the driver's side mirror and the rear passenger window didn't work. We were willing to fix the window ourselves, however, we requested that the dealership fix the mirror because of safety concerns. They weren't willing to work with us to fix the mirror. Leigh Voglezon told us that it would cost the dealer more to repair it by their own service department than it would a customer off the street. The salesman Scott Hamlin was the most respectful of the three employees. The two management staff members, Leigh Voglezon and Chris Eader were very disrespectful and the epitome of a used car salesperson. I strongly recommend against buying a vehicle from this dealership; huge disappointment. More
