First Class Dealership I cant say enough about these guys. Josh Levy went above and beyond for me and made my buying experience great. Kim Mosley went all the way through the financing part of the transaction and then received a late email from a bank with a little lower rate. Instead of ignoring it and being lazy, he completely started over without me asking him too just to save me some money. Last but not least, as I was leaving the Dealership, I noticed my vehicle only came with one key and remote. I think Josh realized my disappointment and went inside to talk with sales manager Chris Eader. Chris told me to order one from a local dealer where I lived and he would reimburse me. I did just that and sent Chris a copy of the receipt and received an reimbursement check a few days later. My wife called me crazy for driving three hours to this dealership, however it ended up being a great decision. I would do it again in a second just to deal with these guys again. Richard was my salesman and he was such a nice, calm, and honestly sweet and not pushy sales guy. I had wanted to purchase a vehicle the week prior but unfortunately missed the sale by one day! Lindsay was able to get in practically exactly the same car a few days later, get it all cleaned up, and I was able to purchase late Friday night!( which I'm sure they didn't want to work that late on a Friday with sleet outside but they did and were very friendly. The financing was quick and easy and i got an excellent rate which kim processed for me. I would service my car there based on how well they handled the sale. Fantastic Buying Experience Purchased a 2014 Cadillac XTS AWD Platinum from Jossey B. at Lindsay after price shopping to 3 dealers. Other dealers stonewalled me and told me I'd Purchased a 2014 Cadillac XTS AWD Platinum from Jossey B. at Lindsay after price shopping to 3 dealers. Other dealers stonewalled me and told me I'd never get the car at my target price. HaHa! Lindsay's price blew away the competition and left them scratching their heads. Of course they called me to check on me, but only long after I already bought at Lindsay at a much lower price!!! Car Trouble Coming From South Carolina t My Cadillac SRX was constantly powering down on the way home from South Carolina -it kept getting worse --outside of Wash DC -Onstar mentioned Lindsay My Cadillac SRX was constantly powering down on the way home from South Carolina -it kept getting worse --outside of Wash DC -Onstar mentioned Lindsay Cadillac of Alexandria VA --We saw a service mgr named Michael Collier --after listening Carefully to my problem he sent the car to a mechanic- 1 hour -the news came back -the mechanic couldnt find or duplicate the problem -I asked Mr Collier what his suggestion was --he recommended a throttle part ---we went along with it --we were on our way in 3 hours start to finish --he even recommended NOT changing a sensor cause it could create problems--we got home safe without any problems and no further warning lights etc --the car today is running just fine --the best part --I felt a very fair price and he even gave me my seniors discount !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
