When my car failed inspection in Maryland, Nick gave me a loaner, but my car was repaired t Just a few words to commend Nick Hupp, Service Consultant. When my car failed inspection in Maryland, Nick gave me a loaner, but my car was repaired the same day from a leaking shock. Nick had someone to bring my car around for pick up, but it was dirty with bird poop. He had it washed right away, but some poop was still visible. Nick went and got some wet paper towels and wiped away the problem. He was very efficient, friendly, courteous and quite knowledgeable about the whole process of getting my car serviced. I would definitely love to work with him again. More
Be careful here I would not recommend going here. I went in to have my tire looked that was leaking air. I was driving on the tire for a few days and the leak was slo I would not recommend going here. I went in to have my tire looked that was leaking air. I was driving on the tire for a few days and the leak was slow. The salesmen said it would cost around $40 dollars for a quick patch up. After taking all my tires off the car they called me back to the shop and showed me a shinny nail in the tire that had zero wear and tear on it. I'm not stupid and I know when someone is hustling me but what could I do, take the nail out myself? My $40 tire repair suddenly became over $200 cost for a new tire. After getting a new tire, and some sketchy salesmanship to try and get $300 more of my money, I went home and the next morning a different tire in my car was low on air. This tire was not low on air before going to Lindsay and the probability of hitting another nail in 24 hours is pretty low. I don't know if this is how they do business but I'm not taking my car back to Lindsay Cadillac. More

THEY ARE THIEVES!! The very next day i had noticed my diamond earrings were missing worth 4k. i had left it in the charging nook. I understand if things get damaged stained or sucked up bc of vaccuming (which my car was not ) but however sticking their hands in the little console where it doesn't belong for an oil change to remove an item from the car is THEFT ... police called it LARCENY! Of course these people will hide behind the sign and tell me there is nothing i can do about it, comming from a gentleman named MARK.In response in anger i yelled "so you guys can take everything in the car like open season just bc of that sign?!" his simple response was "Yup we're not responsible go to the cop do whatever you want we're not responsible" These people are DISGUSTING low quality in customer service or lack there of UNRELIABLE no INTEGRITY, with zero care for their customers! save yourself the headache and heartache and DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible experie Drove over 50 miles to take my Cadilac Escalade Platinum for service,arrived at Lindsey Cadilac around 6.30 PM on June 26,they got my info and the car Drove over 50 miles to take my Cadilac Escalade Platinum for service,arrived at Lindsey Cadilac around 6.30 PM on June 26,they got my info and the car and waiting for a loaner or a rental car,then the Service waiter said Cadilac does give loaner car anymore i replied can I pay for a rental car they said we do not have a rental car,I asked how should I go home the service writer replied it is your business,I did not have any other choice than take my car and returned home.I called Moore Cadilac and they said we offer loaner car,I wonder why the service writer at Lindsey Cadilac lied to me and treated me differently,I do not recommend anybody to go to Lindsey Cadilac for service.
