I needed an oil change and my local dealer could not get my car in within a reasonable time. I scheduled with Lindsay Cadillac and they were able to accommodate me within a few days. Wasn’t sure what to expect but the Service Advisor Craig walked me through the whole process at this dealership. He was kind and professional. He kept me informed on the status of my vehicle which I appreciated because I was waiting. The customer waiting area was very comfortable and clean. The best surprise was when the mechanics were finished, my car was cleaned and vacuumed. This has never been done at the Waldorf service department. For the first time since I’ve owned my Cadillac, the guys who worked on my car even made sure the air pressures in the tires were equal!! Best service experience all around. I drove over an hour for this appointment and I just may continue because of the wonderful service by all. Thank you Lindsay Cadillac! More
