Lithia puts dealer options on their new cars and inflate their price by 9.5 thousand for their pre installed dealer options. Their used cars generally get the same treatment but the cost is 3k... or so I was told. I did end up buying a used 2019 truck that was just traded in, so was able to bypass the dealer installed options. It was an okay deal for 2021... but far from it if it were pre-covid. Salesman Roland Warden was friendly and was easy to talk with. It's the extras were you have to watch it... extended coverages, included. More

The work is typically done fairly quick with next to no issues. They are always very professional and friendly. My only complaint would be that it seems at some point while installing the oil filter, a few issues. They are always very professional and friendly. My only complaint would be that it seems at some point while installing the oil filter, a few months back, some damage was done resulting in a coolant leak. It has since been repaired at a substantial cost to myself. Otherwise, I'm relatively happy with the service. More
