Great experience! I had a weird situation in that I KNEW I was getting a new car, just didn't one when (had to wait for buyback from Volkswagen). Vance Cash was wonderful about showing me all I wanted to see even though he knew it would be months until I actually was going to be able to buy. Other salesmen at other dealerships tried to get me to buy now and hope that our buyback happened before the first new payment was due! They were harassing and even had managers calling, emailing and texting me. I would highly recommend Vance Cash at Lithia! They were all very nice and helpful. Never pushy! More
