Most unprofessional people I've dealt with. 3 years ago I bought the most expensive car in the store. Called last week and told them I wanted a 2016 just like my 2014. Told car I wanted not avai 3 years ago I bought the most expensive car in the store. Called last week and told them I wanted a 2016 just like my 2014. Told car I wanted not available until I told them that an Austin dealer had a car. Miraculously they found a car in Dallas which would be delivered on Thursday. They insisted I give them a check ($25000+) and my title. On Tuesday I thought I'd call to be sure we were on schedule for Thursday. My salesman( Kevin) didn't know but said he'd check with his Manager. He calls back in 10 minutes with "bad news". The Dallas car is gone(if it ever existed). Why I wasn't told this first thing Monday is a mystery. I instructed him to bring my check and title immediately. 4 hours later I get a call from the sales manager that they can't get me my title because they're now closed for the day and my title is locked up. It would be delivered to my house 1st thing in the morning. At 1:30 today I got a message that a check and title had just been delivered to my house. i discovered that the check was not my check as they apparently cashed it . I suppose i financed their business for a few days. More
