Great service for repair of vehicle under warranty Great service for the repair. The water pump cratered at 6 am, picked up by 10 and delivered to Lithia. Picked up vehicle around 4 pm. Floor mat on driver's side full of muddy footprints. Obviously no paper mat put down to protect carpeted floor mat and surrounding carpeting. Only beef with service. But..... Durango dropped off with carpet clean and mud free. Picked up and had to be vacuumed. Didn't realize was dirty until got out of vehicle at first stop. More

Never adjust tire pressure I take my Ram 2500 in for oil changes and tire rotation because of the life time oil. I also get my tires rotated at the same time. The service people never adjust my tire pressure, 80psi in back, 65psi in the front, when they rotate my tires they never adjust the pressure. I always tell them before and after service, and I am always told I have to drive my truck around awhile for the TPMS to reset. By the time I get home, I realize they didn't do it again. So, now I have to do it, this is not the first time. Every time I have been there for my oil change, I go through this. I also have oil all over my truck after the oil change, it looks like my truck had a major oil leak. I don't recommend the oil change lane, but the rest of Lithia has always been a great help with other service. More

Vacuum On Saturday, I took my jeep to get cleaned. I was not able to do it the day I bought it. It was raining that day. Thanks to the mechanic for bringing it to my Service Advisory's attention. Could have caused me a bigger problem later on. My Service Advisor is wonderful, and the mechanic did a great job on my truck, he had to work on it 2 days but that's Ok. It's done!! Sir Ramster is now running like a HEMI champ again! Thank you ! They inspected and cleaned the "dust" from the brakes and informed us it was expected wear but some excessive dust was causing the noise - would not hinder the performance or life of the brakes. In and out of service in one day, which was great as we were leaving for an extended trip within a few days. During the Christmas trip however, the noise has persisted and now occuring when applying the brakes when the vehicle is moving forward. More
