Called to schedule appointment due to leaking coolant. Took me two weeks to get in per service. Got it, over 100000 miles because you wouldn’t get me in so now I am liable $1000. Bad service passing your pockets. Selling my fords. Not the first time my service has really been poor. I had to pay for an Uber out of own pocket since neither driver would pick me up. When I got back to the dealership where I said I needed my car at 2, I had to wait 45 minutes to get my car through an oil change which was why I scheduled the appointment with the oil change and the coolant leak.
