Very frustrating visit. It takes weeks to get an appointment. I had some warranty work done on my Raptor. Specifically some moisture in my taillights. The service manager accused me of tampering with the taillights and said that I would be liable for cost of they found evidence of me trying tampering with the taillights. They didn’t find evidence and agreed to warrant the defective parts. I felt like I was guilty until proven innocent. You also never know when your parts arrive, you just make an appointment and hope. This is my first Ford Raptor and due to the dealership and quality of the vehicle, I will likely be look for a new dealership and brand. Very frustrating experience. I dread going to this dealer for service. More
