Leaky tail light. Luther was good. However, the fact that I had to drive out to Luther for a leaky taillight so they could send pictures to Ford to get "approval" is B Luther was good. Should be taken care of with no questions. Between my wife and I. We have 2-3 hours of messing around for a 10 minute fix. More

Eric and his Redheaded Mechanic Eric and the mechanic that put the accessories on my new pickup were great. We ran into some issues but they both did a very good job of communicating Eric and the mechanic that put the accessories on my new pickup were great. We ran into some issues but they both did a very good job of communicating what happened and how they were gonna rectify the issues. I appreciate it when there are no issues with a service I am getting, but I really like to see how people react when things don't go right. That says a lot about a person and a company. These guys hit it out of the park. As always, I enjoyed my service experience at Luther Family Ford in Fargo. More

When I brought my pick up in to be repaired, the service manager, Steve, explained things to well the procress. He did call me for an update on what they found and what they were going to do to take care manager, Steve, explained things to well the procress. He also explained some options for repairs if the $$ to fix the parking brake was too much. when I returned, he explained everything to me in detail of what they did, and it was in my terms. I really felt he did answer may questions. I also used the courtesy van, I do not remember his name, but he was also awesome. very friendly and cautious driver. thanks More
