Oil change look at under carriage for metal ratteling It took over 3 hours for an oil change. After inquiring on the hour and half mark no explanation was given. I live 2.5 hrs away so I have lots to do while on town. Purchased vehicle in Sept 2018 no free oil changes...nothing. after 2 hrs 45 min none could tell me how long it was going to be. I made the apt 3 weeks in advance. More

Tire service I dropped off a flat tire and found out that it needed to be replaced. They mounted a new one and stayed open long enough so my wife could get there I dropped off a flat tire and found out that it needed to be replaced. They mounted a new one and stayed open long enough so my wife could get there after work and get it mounted before they closed, even though the weather was terrible.
