Great mechanic work, okay customer service I got my tire replaced, and the tire as well as the mechanic were great, but the man talking to me about the vehicle and different options for it coul I got my tire replaced, and the tire as well as the mechanic were great, but the man talking to me about the vehicle and different options for it could have been a bit more talkative with eye contact. Luther Ford is always friendly and very prompt. When I go to the dealership I’m always greeted by friendly personnel. And when we are ready to lease a new vehicle he makes the experience very helpful, looking out for my personal needs in a vehicle. Fast, efficienct, and satisfied with service. Was an eyelash away from going to Lunde and never stepping foot back at Luther. I’ve bought 8 new Fords from there, and the service is hit and miss. More
