Warranty repairs Overall I'd give them a 5 for service, however I was originally told it would take 7 hours when in reality it took more than 2 days. They did give me a rental to use and the repairs were done well. The subsequent calls were very good and kept me advised as to where they were with the repair. My family has always been a Chevy family and this is the first new Ford that I remember. I am very satisfied with my Escape and would recommend it. More

Warranty Repair & Customer Loyalty not Considered 3 months ago I brought truck in due to a humming noise that needed investigation. Tech and I went for a test ride and he gave his opinion that it was 3 months ago I brought truck in due to a humming noise that needed investigation. Tech and I went for a test ride and he gave his opinion that it was just extra noise from the turbo due to age. Tech failed to document this finding. 3 months later the noise is louder and they tell me it is a wheel bearing with repair cost of $1,100. Now the truck is 400 miles past warranty that would have TOTALLY COVERED this cost! They did give me 30% off discount thus the 1-star rating. I have also had issues this year with purchasing a vehicle from them in 2012 and 3 years later they only offered to give me $5,000 below current value. After buying 3 vehicles from them, I don't plan to look there first. More

Excellent service I needed appointments for several service departments, and Steve made it all come together. I expected my vehicle to be tied up all day, and was pleas I needed appointments for several service departments, and Steve made it all come together. I expected my vehicle to be tied up all day, and was pleased to receive a call that it was ready for pickup in the early afternoon.
