They were able to fit me in between jobs, took care of the heater fan in short order, and they charged me less than they quoted!! The BEST Service experience i've ever had anywhere! Truly amazing! They called me and said that the bearing were shot and they need to be replaced which I took my truck into get a sound in the rear axle figured out. They called me and said that the bearing were shot and they need to be replaced which was $1400 and they suggested that I also replace the pinion and ring gears which was another $700 and I told them I planned on trading in next 3-4 months so they just suggested fixing the bearings which would be fine then, so i went that route. I got a call from service saying my truck was done and it sounds good. I picked up my truck and I still had that sound and I took it back to them and then they put the blame back on me for not replacing the pinion and ring and it would cost another $1400 because of the labor invovled to fix it. They did not say anything about if I did not replace the pinion and ring gear that the sound would be gone. More

I had to take my vehicle in more than twice to work on the IPhone connection. Finally found out it was actually the phone. Handled with AT&T and got replacement. Back to dealer with heater issue noise and radio speaker not working. Repeated trips, and the guys there were always so pleasant,. Terry in service worked most with me, and then on this last trip, there was also a license plate lamp recall. Everything was taken care of with a smile, The Bluetooth system with the phone also works. I have dealt with this dealership many many years. Always friendly people, - sales, clerical, service area, etc. They stop and chat when in the waiting area. Thank you!! More

Not knowing how bad it actually was I wanted to get an experienced opinion. The service writer Brooke looked, and said she would rather their glass tech see the crack to help decide what needed to be done. She called the collision center, and when we arrived they were waiting. The glass tech checked the crack to see if it could be repaired. Unfortunately it couldn't. I will have it replaced when we return home. The customer service at Luther Family Ford was exceptional. Even being the end of the work day, they took time to help a weary traveler. Thank you Luther Family Ford. Fargo is lucky to have a Ford dealer as good as you. More

Well done I have had my F150 serviced at Luther before and I am very satisfied with the work. They really pay attention to detail. The only thing I found a little hard to swallow was $220 to change sparkplugs and fuel filter, also they wanted to charge me $180 extra to change the spark plug wires. I replaced them myself it cost $37 for the wires and it took me a half hour to do? Also they charged me $20 to have a brake inspection that is free at other repair shops. They inspected my truck for any other problems they could find and they put I have a steering/suspension problem but they didn't say what they found wrong. Overall I'm very happy with the work done just not real thrilled with the price. More

The gals at the desk were pleasant but not overly friendly. But what stood out to me was the shuttle or courtesy driver! What a perfect person for that position! Two thumbs up to him! Made my life not just easier but a smile to my face those 2 days being picked up and dropped off! More
