Anna was wonderful to work with under stressed conditions with me being out of town in Fargo ND for work. Being from MSP and Fargo auto rental companies do not offer one way rentals. She got the unit in, diagnosed and fixed within a week! Went above and beyond keeping me abreast of what happened, if it was worth fixing - etc.. last year July, Boyer via Penske fleet service performed some transmission service and did not follow Ford procedure (doubled the transmission fluid) which ultimately led to the failure encountered in ND (along with the vehicle having 176k miles). I will for sure buy my next Ford Explorer from Fargo Luther Ford (Terry Wicklow) who referred me to Anna when I called him regarding the demise I was dealing with in Fargo. More

When I am made an appointment for my car I went had to wait over 2 weeks and yet the day or two before my appointment I was contacted and told that I got a hold of the wrong department I got a hold of for wait over 2 weeks and yet the day or two before my appointment I was contacted and told that I got a hold of the wrong department I got a hold of forward instead of GMC which which means I had to reschedule my whole appointment at the other location and I told him I would have been nice to know before 2 weeks went by and also I kept the appointment at Luther Ford I thought at least I would get an oil change so my point was at 7:15 and yet I had to wait until after 8:00 when they said the workers would come why make an appointment at 7:15 if your workers don't start until 8:00 so I needlessly sat there for 45 minutes or more waiting before my car ever got brought in I thought that was not right. Other people come in after me and yet got their car serviced before I did even though I had made an appointment More
