Took a long time to get the part but Steve was good about explaining and keeping me updated. I was told that I would qualify for the Ford loyalty assistance with this fix and I was disappointed that the lady explaining and keeping me updated. On 11-30-23 We needed the drivers front inner transmission axle seal replaced. Since it takes over a month to get in for repairs, I cleaned up the area so no more oil would fly all over underneat transmission axle seal replaced. It was wet around the area but not like it was initially. So, when we dropped the vehicle off, they sent pictures of all the outer axle areas and not the area where we showed them the leak. I'm assuming they had taken the vehicle out of the shop already. When I wanted Steve Fisher to call me so I could tell him they did not look in the right area, he very rudely said I did no justice cleaning the area up so they can't fix it today. This is why we have warranty, and I'm sure he felt stupid getting caught in his smart alec answer back to me. He obviously was having a bad day, and he should have stayed home. I then immediately made another appointment which is another month and I told him I will bring it up there again to get fixed. So, if you have oil leaks on your vehicle, go to another dealership. Steve Fisher, if you get him as your advisor will not fix it!! Also, Jennifer Brinkman, the service manager was supposed to call me, and she has not. I think they are all feeling pretty stupid on this whole situation. More
