Took vehicle in to have my rear door on my explorer looked at as on of the upper hydraulics arms broke and now does not open any longer. I set this up to be looked at and after a little over two weeks looked at as on of the upper hydraulics arms broke and now does not open any longer. I set this up to be looked at and after a little over two weeks I was able to bring it in to be looked at. While there, I also had a couple of recalls taken care of with no issue. But when I went to pick up my car, they didn't even look at this issue I originally had brought it in for. All I could do was shake my head and just leave. I know others have had good experiences but it is one and done for me with this dealership as the service rep, at least to me, didn't seem to enthused about the probability of doing anything with it. More

Brought my Ford car in for an oil change. All of the oil was not drained. Then it was over filled with oil when I picked it up. Had to go back into the shop to drain the oil. Ordered a part, prepaid, never called it came in, checked myself. Picked it up, went to install, wrong part. Had explained the door seal in the cabin had gotten torn as the my dog stepped into the vehicle. P myself. Picked it up, went to install, wrong part. The seal I got goes around the door, no way my dog would of ever been able to step on it when getting in the the vehicle. More
