I am very disappointed in my last visit to have an oil change on my F150. When I arrived I was 4th in line at quick lube with two bays open I waited almost 2 hours for my truck. I believe that although I was 4th line priority was given to others as several people came into the waiting area after me and yet they were done ahead of me. When they finally did do my truck it took them all of maybe 15 minutes to get it done. When the rep came out with my keys and to go over the check list it was very short and the only thing discussed was to say tires are good which in my last oil change I was told the should be rotated which I have not done. We have been buying from this dealership since back when it was Valley Ford we followed it to its new location and name and have bought several vehicles here and have always serviced them here. This visit was very disappointing. I guess I will just have to wait in my vehicle the next time I need an oil change 😏 More

I informed Service Dept that I had an extended warranty which should cover the Engine light issue which turned out to be an O2 sensor. My warranty was verified and upon COMPLETION of the service, I was in which should cover the Engine light issue which turned out to be an O2 sensor. My warranty was verified and upon COMPLETION of the service, I was informed that I owed $100.00 deductible. I was not aware that I had a deductible. I had not used my extended warranty in the 5+ years that I have owned it and therefore, I did not recall that a deductible was in place. I think that this should have been communicated to me-(a reminder). There were plenty of opportunities to do so via texting when warranty was being verified. Rather, I am informed via invoice attached to a text requesting payment upon picking up my car. Needless to say, I was not happy about this poor customer service. I would have had the work done. That is not the point. In my mind-"Warranty" means full coverage and no worries.
