After paying for a new door actuator, my heating system is still not working as I would expect - there is very little, if any, warm air blowing at m After paying for a new door actuator, my heating system is still not working as I would expect - there is very little, if any, warm air blowing at my feet. I am now able to get air blowing out the front and through the defrost, but still very little, if anything, at foot level. Also, if I turn the knob to max out the airflow, the air will go off entirely. The staff was all very courteous, but the result of the repair work was not up to the level of satisfaction that I would expect. More

I had a lot of issues because I ordered accessories online and booked the install online but apparently your online stuff is not very aligned with your service shop. Billing also was a problem as I paid for everything online but even though I was notified everything was in, one item wasn’t so an alternative was installed and I was billed for it. However, Yvonne, the new gal, Greg, Eric and others were professional throughout the entire train wreck. I wasted a lot of time trying to get everything sorted out but I had good people trying their best and making me feel like I was important to them. More
