Exceptional Service!!! I went in for an "Engine Malfunction" light check. Turns out the car engine was under manufacturers warranty and I didn't have to pay for anything, no I went in for an "Engine Malfunction" light check. Turns out the car engine was under manufacturers warranty and I didn't have to pay for anything, not even the inspection! But unfortunately, the part was back ordered from Germany and it would be another couple of weeks before the part would arrive. The dealership was kind enough to give me a loaner car for the duration and was more than accomodating to my timing needs. This is by far the best dealership service I have experienced. More

Customer safety In the midst of the coronavirus outbreak, and while service staff were masked up and plexi glass was between the customer and the service rep, I was s In the midst of the coronavirus outbreak, and while service staff were masked up and plexi glass was between the customer and the service rep, I was standing six feet away from the rep and unmasked people walked between myself and the rep. It was unclear if they were staff or customers. I went outside to stay away from these unmasked people to wait and at least three people walked right in front of me without masks when there was an entire parking lot and it would have been very easy to walk 6 feet away. I ended up in the showroom in a corner that felt relatively safe. In the meantime, there were two sales people with three customers at different times during the hour+ that I was there who were standing in the middle of the sales floor having close contact with no masks and long conversations. In sum, this environment felt very unsafe and uncontrolled with the exceptions of the counters. I hope that I don't have to return anytime in the near future. More
