Eh - so so service from the Service side Luther Westside VW Service used to be top notch but we've noticed it declining over the past year. Thorough and connected Service met and exceeded expectations. I appreciated Tao Thao keeping me updated with car repairs and timeline. He also offered to arrange for Uber Service met and exceeded expectations. I appreciated Tao Thao keeping me updated with car repairs and timeline.
