Missed brake inspection and poor customer service I had my Touareg in couple of weeks ago for service. They said they checked the brakes. A week ago the Brake warning light came on. I needed front bra I had my Touareg in couple of weeks ago for service. They said they checked the brakes. A week ago the Brake warning light came on. I needed front brake work. Do not say you checked something if you either didn't or can't tell. Also when I picked up the car, I paid on line. They asked when I would pick it up. I said 12:15-12:30. When I got there the car was not there and ready, There again don't ask me for a time if it doesn't matter. I went in, was pointed to the pick up desk which had no one at it. I waited. The rental guy finally came over and rang the bell for me. You actually know that you have a problem with service at pick up that YOU HAVE TO HAVE A BELL there. When after a while, finally a service(?) guy got up and found my keys. I had to wait for my car to come from "the ramp". They dropped it off. I thought you ran the car thought a car when it was picked up. I guess not. I've no problem with the actual work done on my car but simple customer interaction is poor and deserves only one star. More
