Came on Saturday for a simple seasonal tire swap and the tech identified a product failure fortunately covered under warranty. I was give a loaner until it would be ready Monday. Additional work was suggest tech identified a product failure fortunately covered under warranty. I was give a loaner until it would be ready Monday. Additional work was suggested and performed. Purchase or Sale I could not believe how much money I spent my first year I purchased brand new VW Jetta tubo engine from this location. Maura is the person who I deal I could not believe how much money I spent my first year I purchased brand new VW Jetta tubo engine from this location. Maura is the person who I dealt with at that time and honestly she made me not purchase any VW vehicle any more and not to encourage anyone else after that. Until now, I don't get it what was her intention to do that and all repair services I was coming back and forth within the first year was not fair...However, due to my busy work, and family schedule I let them go with it. So, if you're simple citizen with busy work schedule VW is not your car...Go to Toyota or Honda...Be safe and adopt social distancing. Goodbye! More

This dealership provided several bad experiences. They damaged my exterior paint while working on my car, and upon towing it elsewhere to fix my car stalled and ran out of gas - so they towed and charged damaged my exterior paint while working on my car, and upon towing it elsewhere to fix my car stalled and ran out of gas - so they towed and charged me another $100 for the tow. If they were driving it far why was I not warned ahead of time? I should not have been charged for their mistake of driving it low on gas. Also, with each visit they found something new wrong with the car that wasn’t found days before. I spent thousands of dollars and only 1/4 times did someone describe the “repair needed” in detail - only after I kept asking someone was I given more information. Nothing was provided or helpful upon payments for multiple repairs.. , they were only helpful when taking my car in and finding more “damages” that needed $$$$ More
