THEIVES AND SCAMMERS! I had an approval from a bank. Went to the dealership to get the car I picked straight from the bank. Instead of them putting the car in the system th I had an approval from a bank. Went to the dealership to get the car I picked straight from the bank. Instead of them putting the car in the system they lied to me and said they require a $2500 down payment AFTER my bank told me no down payment required. Called my bank Monday and found out major world NEVERMIND sent my car info to the bank, instead they chose random cars and requested that I pay $1500 down payment for a car I DIDNT want. They lied to me upon entry. Told me I was able to get the car, instead tried shoving an Accord down my throat and tried to fork money out of my pockets. I will never go to this dealer and will never recommend these theives. I hope major world shuts down for good More
Internet fraud, rude manager I went to see a vehicle I saw online at Major World. A pleasant representative took a bunch of information on a slip of paper before we were introduced to one of their 50 managers (yea, everyone there is a "manager"). When they brought us to the vehicle, there was slight damage to the exterior, which I expected at that price. The representative then showed me the inside, and I was shocked. The seats must have had a razor or knife slice them all up. There were at least ten 8 inch long gashes on each seat, front and back. When I told them that this was not the interior showed in the picture, the rep called another manager to come out. The tall spanish guy came out with an attitude and the fattest pimple you've ever seen on his nose, and when I said that the interior was not the same as in the ad, not even the same color, he was like "show me then, No show me then, show me" really rude. Every time I started to speak, he was like "show me", so I did. When I brought up the ad, he started touching my phone to enlarge the pics, but I told him that it didn't matter if he made it bigger, it's not the same interior, it's a different color gray. He reiterated "what do you expect for that price?", and I said "I expect that you don't show different vehicles in the pictures just to get someone to come to the dealership". I would not recommend this establishment. If you don't believe me, go there and ask to see the 2014 Silver Nissan Rogue, Stock #32001, Vin ending in 711799. It's beautiful on their website, and a real piece of trash on the lot. More

They greeted nicely -- and that was the last bit of niceness of them. I was unimpressed by how their showroom looked, but, I wasn't giving much of a xxxx about how they looked as long as they were good for business. But really! were they good for doing a business? They made me fill in a form with my information and then put me in a room. The sales guy then told me he has couple of cars that I might like and he'd come back in five minutes with the keys to show me. Then he disappeared. I walked out of the room and saw him couple of times here and there each time telling me he needs couple more minutes. Even at a place with minimum decency, when they make someone wait for long, they offer something to assuage the wait time: tea, coffee, water, magazines, or a waiting area. I even made a trip to my car to grab a bottle of water. Forty freaking five minutes passed with no one being able to even show me the car. Incidentally I parked right beside two of the cars I was looking at, so I knew they've some car to show. But being a total dimwit at what people in real world calls customer service (no one from Major World have ever heard about that thing), they weren't able to do anything other than making me wait frustratingly for so long. Are you kidding me? Who has that much time to waste. I left after it was abundantly made crystal clear that these people really sucks. I walked out, called nearby Sunrise Chevy and they were able to show me couple of cars that I strongly considered. Astonishingly they had the guts to call me back asking if I'd like to come back. I told them, I'm not going to do any business with them. More

I was stuck with $600 a month payments because they added my trade in balance to the new purchase and I learned this was a horrible inexperienced mistake. They did nothing to help me and the car got repo'd. Not to mention the trade in was the result of a bad car they had sold me. More

My son showed them the Blue Book value of the car I was looking to buy and they were $ 4400.00 over the value. After 2hrs they reduced the price by $ 1900.00 . I did not have any cars at home I needed a car because my husband who is handicapped and he can't walk that far without having to sit down. Had a doctors appointment the next day. More

First they gave me the wrong direction to the service center. When I showed up the guy I made an appointment with was not even there. They sent me to 3 different offices and got the round around. Finally I just left. I am never going back there again. More

There was also 4 other people at the dealership while i was there with the same type problem and were all told the same thing so do your research because the only guarantee they stand behind is the guarantee they will screw you over !!!!!!
