My vehicle was towed to Malloy two times within two weeks for the same issue. It should have been fixed properly the first time and when we picked up the vehicle no one could tell us what was wrong with the for the same issue. It should have been fixed properly the first time and when we picked up the vehicle no one could tell us what was wrong with the vehicle. In addition, they lost our keys both times. The second time they lost our keys the vehicle was there for 4 days and no one was interested in finding them. We made numerous calls and they said they would call us back, but never did. We finally had the vehicle towed to a different dealer. The service manager finally found the keys that were attached to another customers ticket. Would you trust them to work on a vehicle when they can’t even keep up with the keys? We will not bring our vehicle back again. More

My car needed to be in the shop a few days and they had no loaners available for me. I have an extended warranty that covers everything. The guys i worked with were great, however the prices have gone up and being told that it took over an hour to program a key fob was ridiculous. Slow Service with no real answers. The Service Department is very friendly however there are constant employment issues. EVERY oil change we’ve been told the same thing…people called in today. We are understaffed so a basic oil change and tire rotation takes 2 hours! We asked about how long the original tire tread would last. Until they are worned down! This is your answer about a vehicle you sell? Duh! Also they had no clue on how to update the software on my vehicle. You’re a Service Dept, right? More
