I have always been able to find what I needed each time. Over the years each one of the salesmen/women have been extremely helpful by making each purchase accommodate my personal time frame. The paperwork done in advance keeping me from waiting at the dealership for hours. This makes purchasing a breeze and enjoyable. It's also great to have a loaner car when you have to drop off yours for service. I sometimes forgo this option and choose to wait in their lounge knowing this will be a quick service not necessarily needing a loaner. With vending machines, coffee, fruit, executive restrooms, work out area, TV's and comfortable seating makes it hard not to unplug a little while to wait. I must say Mercedes has take customer service to a new level. Once you purchase a Mercedes you have become a member of the family! No matter who you are we all have this in common, a proud owner of a Mercedes=Benz! More
