I traveled 130 miles on a half a tank of gas for a medical appointment a The visit was a drive-in service call as the fuel filler flap failed to open. I traveled 130 miles on a half a tank of gas for a medical appointment arriving at the dealership within an hour and a half of my scheduled medical appointment. Michael listened to the problem and offered help with options. I waited in the customer lounge and was advised no alternate transportation was available at that time. I was further advised a part was needed. Shortly, I was advised the part was under warranty and was in stock. A service rep appeared with a work ordered. I signed the order and was on my way with time to spare for my appointment thankful for the courteous, helpful, professional service and for the economy fuel usage of the vehicle I drove. More
