He also had my car ready to be returned to me at the time he had scheduled. He was very professional, timely, knowledgeable and courteous regarding the service that needed to be done on my car. In addition, all of the service staff members who assisted me were highly professional and helpful. Also, while I was at the shop, and since I may purchase another car in the near future, I inquired about, what Mercedes-Benz of Jackson had available. Salesman Chauncey Robbins was so helpful about giving me valuable information. I was truly impressed at the available options. You see, I purchased my first Benz in early 2001 or 2002, and would like to continue the relationship if possible, because of the great service I have received thru the years.
