My only problem with the visit was that I drove about 235 miles round trip for the service and the main issue I brought the car in for was not resolved..............you did not have the part in stock to fix the problem with my emergency brakes. So I will be making another trip back when the part comes in to finish the service. More

Great Dealership to buy a car from I would recommend buying a car from the Mercedes Benz of Jackson Dealership. Joseph Bass sold us the vehicle and was great. He was very low pressure through the process and we didn't feel any of that sales pressure that we worry about when shopping for a used vehicle. The negotiations were straight forward and didn't unnecessarily waste our time. There was a minor issue with the registration process and Joseph was able to get it fixed quickly. We had an all around great experience at Mercedes Benz of Jackson and would go back there for our next purchase. More
