Rebecca kept me posted on the upholstery repair, and found it covered by warranty. The seat looks brand new. My appointment for service was at 7:00 am. Amazing Service! I had to come in for my second service on my car. I am always in and out of there with no hassle from my amazing service rep Rebecca. She is so personable every time I go in and went beyond and over and even had a part replaced on my car because it was a little loose.
