I recently purchased a new car from George and while you might find my choice of words odd, the experience was enchanting. Why “enchanting”? Well you only have to think back on how many times you’ve heard people say, “I don’t really like car shopping.” And even my recent visits to other dealerships (2 in VA and one in Charlotte, NC) left me resisting the desire to buy a new car. But then, being introduced to George by my sister (and brother-in-law), it literally felt like I was reconnecting with an old friend or family member! Not only did he come across as extremely genuine but a gentleman as well. His years of experience coupled with an engaging personality I immediately found myself relaxed and “in great hands” quickly exceeding my expectations early in the buying process. And as you can see by my 5 stars, it included the dealership, but undeniably, George Brown. You see, that day, I wasn’t feeling 100% and this mattered to George , but more importantly, he was patient and smoothed the purchasing process even when we ran into a slight roadblock George and the Mercedes team quickly worked together on my behalf to reach the desired outcome……AND…..I am extremely excited that I drove home with my first “beautifully brilliant” Mercedes automobile. George, we live in times when there are so many options to choose from….but when it comes to buying a car, YOU, make that choice easy! With my sincere appreciation! More
