John Hesch took time to assess what my needs were, show me all the features and advantages of the C-class, and explain why he felt the car would be the perfect fit for me. At no time did I feel under any pressure to make a purchase; it was as if I was there just gathering information. I feel Ed Sigmon did a great job getting me the best price possible for my trade considering it was a practically new car that I really wasn't satified with. The delivery process was very smooth. John Proctor took care of all the paperwork in a timely manner. John Hesch oriented me to all the features of the vehicle, paired my iPhone, introduced me to the service department, and took me to the boutique/store where I made several purchases. To be clear, I previously owned a Mercedes for a short time several years ago that was purchased from another dealer and I was very unhappy with both the vehicle and the dealership. This experience has restored my faith. It is my intention to enjoy my C250 for many years and when the time comes for something new, to return to Leith Mercedes to purchase another Mercedes-Benz. As a first time car buyer, I was apprehensive about the whole process, but George made me feel comfortable and put no pressure on me whatsoever at any point during the purchase. From Rams to Suburus to Highlanders to Lexus to BMW... we were getting frustrated. One day, we walked into Leith to meet with George Brown. We walked out that same day after penning a deal on an ML250 Bluetec. The car was everything we wanted and needed, and George pulled out all the stops to make sure we were satisfied with the decision. George's friendliness and enthusiasm were evident, and yet he carefully maintains a no-pressure approach. (He'll also show you what the car can really do! :) ) We couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Of course, many questions come about after the initial rush. Bruce Mariani spent a great deal of time with us going over the paperwork, answering questions, and giving honest assessments of various service and support options. While we went wayyyy over budget for this puppy, the ride home convinced us that we have absolutely no regrets with either the car or the dealership. Go see George Brown A few weeks ago, I visited Leith Mercedes in Raleigh just browsing cars and seeing what was available. I wasn't ready to purchase yet, but when I met A few weeks ago, I visited Leith Mercedes in Raleigh just browsing cars and seeing what was available. I wasn't ready to purchase yet, but when I met salesman George Brown... I quickly went from browser to buyer. He was friendly, honest and listened to my needs in terms of the car I wanted. I wasn't ready to buy the car that day, but I knew I'd be back after my experience with him. He followed up with me for the next couple of weeks, but put no pressure on the potential buy. Last week, I returned to meet with George. The car I had selected was still on the lot and I was ready to buy. He quickly met with his sales manager to help get me the best deal on my trade in and new car and within two hours I was driving off the lot a happy customer. George's customer service skills, his honesty and his friendliness made him a pleasure to work with and the usually unpleasant car-buying experience a good day for me. I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a new or used Mercedes to stop by and see George. He'll take the best care of you! More

It is a superb luxury SUV With "C" Morton as our Mercedes Sales Consultant, we traded our 2011 Black GL450 for a 2015 Steel Gray GL450 on 10/16/2015. It is a superb luxury SUV and we are very happy with it. The members at Pinehurst Country Club agreed the 2015 GL450 is a very good looking car with impressive bird's eye view camera and self-parallel-parking. "C" Morton helped us learn to use all the technical features that impressed me (I was an IBM Technical Sales Consultant for 26 years). My husband called "C" recently because he needed "C" to guide him through the garage opener synchronization without having to read the User Manual. "C" responded right away and my husband was very pleased. Mercedes has class, is not Japanese, and "C" Morton made us feel like valued customers. I recommend Leith and "C" Morton if you are looking for a new Mercedes. We have purchased our last 3 new Mercedes from Leith after we moved to Pinehurst from Chicago.
