I have always hated the process of buying a vehicle, but buying from George Brown and Leith Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh changed that! I leased my GLC300 from George ~ three years ago and just recently purchas buying from George Brown and Leith Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh changed that! I have had very bad experiences with car dealerships, so I am very critical of sales and service. Kassandra is my service manager, and she is great! I worked with Jake on the financial end of things, and he made it all very easy. He helped me find the extended warranty that worked best for me. Everyone I've come in contact with at this dealership has been both professional and personable. George came highly recommended, and he certainly lived up to his reputation! I appreciate his knowledge, care, and concern. I'll stop in and say hello when I come in for service; but I love this vehicle so much, I may drive it until it falls apart . . . and with a Mercedes-Benz, I hear that could be forever!!!!! More

The whole process was fast, painless and easy from trading in my old car, to getting my lease approved, to getting the paperwork in order and finally driving out of the showroom with my brand new GLB 250 SUV. Also not to forget the team followed full covid precautionary measures from wearing face masks to maintaining 6 feet distance to wipping down steering wheel with disinfectant after car evaluation to finally having a glass shield separator in the finance manager room.
