I have had the pleasure to work with George Brown twice this year for 2 different cars bought 5 months apart. I'm a very thorough customer and will "turn every stone" before making a car purchase. George was there all they way and let me find the cars I was interested in, take me for a test drive, walk me through the benefits that comes with owning a MB and handled ordering and delivering process flawlessly. It was a very easy choice to come back to George 5 months later when I needed another car for my wife. Again the process was flawless, I had a good target to start with and George steered me through the selection process with options and information on certified pre-owned vs new. When looking at pre-owned George provided a full breakdown of all service records, dates and work done to certify the car. At delivery George took very well care of my wife and introduced her to new features she wasn't aware of, setup of the infotainment system and driver experience and Mercedes me Connect. George went over and beyond for me and I'm glad I came back for more! More

We drove over 5 hours to do business with Gary. There were other dealers closer, but none that were as responsive as him. Gary was very attentive and always listens to what I had to say.
