I actually went in for 30K mile service and went to see Farhan just to say hi while I was waiting because he took a really good care of me the first time I bought a car. Even though it’s been 3 years since I last saw him, he remembered every detail of our meeting, including my wife who was pregnant then. While I was talking to him, I realized it was our anniversary and I had totally forgotten to get my wife a gift and I asked Farhan to work out some numbers for me with a trade in that was in service. He gave me a quote with rates and monthly payments that I didn’t have to negotiate or think twice about.
